Time to get off my lazy butt and update this perma-journal after, what? One and a half year?
What I am doing in short (okay, it turned out not so short):
University
I'm starting in my third year of physics at the university of Antwerp come september. I'll still be on the standard trajectory then, provided I manage to pass my re-examination that is. Which would be rainbows-and-singing-daisies-great. So far it has been fairly hard work, but also lots of fun. My fellow students are just...wow. I never had the chance of being in a pleasant group of people before getting to university (that doesn't mean there weren't nice people, you know who you are
), and I am enjoying it so much. Also, physics are damn fascinating and I don't care if you don't believe me
Looking forward to doing my two bachelor thesises coming year, also dreading them a little 'cause they'll be oh so time consuming
Hobbies
Dammit, I got too many and too little time xD I'm still drawing, albeit not so much. Can't seem to finish something, most of what I do is pencil work. Maybe connecting with the community will help me focus more, and I think

Anime and manga obsessions are sort of burning low at the moment (though I still adore Mushishi
) mainly because they got lost in the raging fire of awesomeness that is Star Trek 8D So much love for The Original Series! (and before you ask, no it is not because of the movie, however awesome it was, it is entirely to blame on a professor of mine and my dad
) Also, Spock and his logic fascinate me
So logically, my next cosplay will be a (random) Star Trek officer. After doing Mai and Jakotsu (that sword! D: ), I think this is going to be a LOT easier to make. Maybe this time I'll get some decent pictures to put up here
About a year ago, I started roleplaying again. We play DSA, more information about that can be found somewhere in my gallery with a drawing of my character, Kareja. Again, a great group of people that I've had the fortune to meet and play alongside with
And if that is not enough, I also started reading heavy-let-me-club-you-to-death books again, in stead of just manga. Hopefully this time I'll succeed in reading the entire Sword of Truth series (only two to go, whoohoo!) and after that I think there's still a pile as high as the Eiffel tower of books I want to read
Oh, and I gotta find me some new good music because I'm growing tired of what I've got. I enjoy metal but it seems my all time favourite bands are NOT playing metal xD Voltaire, Dead Can Dance, Leonard Nimoy (that voice, dammit!) and Emilie Autumn are my heroes OwO
Okay, and Disturbed, Nightwish and Lacuna Coil too :3 Socialize
Which is something not in my nature to do and takes an effort every time, but I do enjoy company a lot
